Our Trip To Disney- Part Two: EPCOT
During day two of our Disney trip we headed off to EPCOT, my absolute favorite Disney park. If you want to see part one of our Disney trip click here.
We had to take a sky car (is that what they’re even called) from the resort to get to EPCOT and the girls were a little nervous but the views made up for it. As with all the Disney parks, there’s so much to see and we always want to make the most out of each day so we prioritized which rides and attractions we wanted to check out while at EPCOT.
Unsurprisingly, it was a unanimous decision to eat Mexican for lunch. We were all excited to go to San Angel Inn. I ordered the enchiladas and the La Cava Avocado frozen margarita which was a 10/10.

When I saw these rainbow arches I grabbed Julia and we snapped some pics. Julia is a very special girl and she’s also my rainbow baby which makes her extra special.
By day two the girls were exhausted from all the walking and asked to rent this stroller. If I could’ve sat in there myself, I would have! It came in very handy.
The potato and sausage empanada was pretty good.
