Spring Break Camps in Southwest Florida
Remember that time when you picked up your kids on their last day of school before Spring Break and a global pandemic broke out so they stayed home and never went back? Good times! Hopefully, this year’s Spring Break goes a little smoother. I rounded up some of the best Spring Break camps in Southwest Florida so you can go ahead and start making those plans- without your kids at home. If you’re not in the Southwest Florida area, I encourage you to look around and see what’s available where you live. Chances are there are some cool things your kids can be doing to enjoy their time off from school. Here’s a list of some awesome kid’s Spring Break camps:
IMAG History and Science Center
I haven’t had a chance to visit the IMAG yet but it’s on my list of places I want to visit with the girls. They’ve gone on different school trips and have loved it. The IMAG Center in Fort Myers is offering “Inspiration Takes Flight” March 15th-March 19th. Spring Break campers will learn about air and space travel, the physics of flight, and the laws of motion. Campers will also create star-inspired artwork, build telescopes, and participate in other aerodynamic, hands-on activities.
Cape Coral Aikido
Cape Coral Aikido's Spring Break martial arts camp is a
great way for kids to have fun over their break
while improving their martial arts & self defense skills. The Spring Break Camp includes aikido classes and other fun activities, including a Friday pizza party and local field trips.
saddlewood horse Club
How fun is a day spent with horses?! The Spring Break camp at the Saddlewood Horse Club offers English, Western, vaulting, games on horseback and foot, plenty of riding time, crafts, and so much more. Campers learn how to take care of "their" horse from experienced staff members.
Coast Elite Gymnastics
Coast Elite Gymnastics in Fort Myers is offering a Spring Break camp where campers can practice their skills, jump on the trampoline, watch movies and make crafts.
Full Steam Ahead
Spring Breakers at this camp will work on a variety of STEAM projects and activities throughout the day, including 3D printing, Coding, Art, Music, Robotics, Minecraft, and much more! Each half day session will include at least 1 STEM and 1 Arts lesson.
Sky camp at sky Zone
We just had a Sky Zone birthday party so we might be biased. Play at Sky Zone on their Ninja Warrior course, free climb, sea of trampolines and other fun activities including movies and science experiments.
Calusa Critters
Campers at Calusa Critters will spend their days off exploring their 105-acre property and learning all about Southwest Florida's unique ecology and the animals that surround us
