Bayshore Live Oak Park

Knowing we were going to be on a quarantine and lock-down for the foreseeable future, I decided to take a break from all things corona virus last weekend and get some fresh air with the girls while taking in some new sights, and of course, being responsible and practicing social distancing.

Olivia had some criteria for our little road trip; it couldn’t be more than 45 minutes away. So we landed in this cute little park in Port Charlotte (just 30 minutes away) and I was happy to see that it had some of my own criteria; very few people, safe and right on the water- not a must but always an added bonus when we’re near the water. The girls and I packed some sandwiches and snacks and had a picnic while at the park. It was the perfect afternoon to unplug, relax and just hang out together.
